In this repair, we will replace the keyboard on your MacBook Air 13" A2337 M1 Late 2020 model. You will need this repair if some keys on the keyboard are not working, pressing the incorrect keys or are sticky. If none of the keys are working except for the power button, this might not be a keyboard issue, so please book your device for our free diagnostic service first instead.

If we notice any other issues during testing, we will be in touch to see if you would like the additional faults to be fixed at the same time, at a discounted price compared to our normal rates.

If the issue impedes the booked repair, we will contact you before proceeding with the repair, otherwise if it is an optional repair, we will continue with the booked repair and will wait to hear back from you, to avoid delaying the repair.
