We Exclusively Repair MacBooks, Nothing Else.

Like being referred to a cardiologist for specialist diagnosis related to your heart, you should use a MacBook repair company to diagnose and fix your MacBook. Why take the chance on a repair shop which fixes all Apple products, or even worse, a shop which says 'yes' to anything?

Unfortunately, we do receive a lot of MacBooks for repair where it would have been cheaper for the customer if we had received it first, or worse, an unfixable issue caused by the previous repairer, or even good parts swapped/stolen by a dishonest shop.

Ultimately, we fix MacBooks daily; all of our equipment, knowledge and time is spent on MacBooks alone. This is why we are the go to choice for customers across the UK, and why other repair shops forward us the specialist jobs.

Massive Inventory Of All MacBook Parts.

Due to our specialisation, this allows us to keep nearly every part you can think of in stock at our warehouse. This means we are not spending time waiting for a part to arrive in, and can reduce costs due to ordering these in bulk. Ordering from the source where these are manufactured means we have full control over the quality of parts we are purchasing, and we will always pay more for the best available quality.

Most UK part suppliers will purchase and sell the cheapest quality, due to competition/profit margins, and will not communicate this with repair shops purchasing the part. As an example, some screen panels can have a price difference of around £100-£150 between a genuine brand new panel, and a lower grade refurbished/repaired new panel, which are susceptible to developing defects. In cases like this, we will pay more for the genuine brand new panel from our supplier, which means a more expensive repair, but means you are not paying for a repair twice.

We don't just stock the major parts like screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads and charging ports; we stock the random parts which aren't needed daily. if your MacBook Air 2024 needs an AMR sensor, which is only found on these models, we've got it. Backlight sheets for a 2016 MacBook Pro? We have these, no need to wait. Even a sleep indicator light for a 2009 MacBook Pro? Not surprisingly, we have this too.

This sounds obvious, but most repair companies will order parts only when they have a repair which needs the part, to avoid keeping too much money in stock they may never use and taking up space.

We believe in stocking parts, even if we may not need them now; it means when you need us, we have the part on hand and don't have to order this in.

Over 2000 5 Star Reviews, All From Genuine Customers.

We never offer discounts, financial incentives or an extended warranty if you leave us a review. This completely discredits all reviews a company has, and luckily, we do not do this.

Every review you have read about our company is written by a customer of ours, because they choose to. We don't repeatedly pester customers for reviews, we don't influence the content of a review, and we love reading what our customers have to say about our service. We simply include a slip with the repaired MacBook, with some links, if you get the chance to leave us one. We are thankful for every review we receive from our customers, and all are 100% organic, genuine and left by a customer who has had their MacBook fixed.

Feel free to browse our reviews and see for yourself!

Good Old Fashioned Customer Service.

We believe the key in our reputation over the last decade has been good customer service. We are always communicating with our customers; whether it is a simple email to let them know their MacBook has arrived safely, or if there is something we have noticed during the repair. Rest assured, we never leave you out of the loop and have multiple systems in place to ensure we know when each MacBook should be checked, fixed and shipped.

We're always a phone call or email away, which should be expected when using a service, but unfortunately this isn't the reality with a lot of companies in any industry.
