Simply click 'Book Your MacBook Repair' at the top of our website (or in the menu if on a tablet or phone), and you will be taken to a list of issues.
If you have an issue which needs diagnosing (MacBook just stopped turning on) or a liquid damaged MacBook, click 'Diagnostic Service' or Liquid Damage' from the list of the issues. Add the service to the cart, fill in the notes section of the cart page with the specified information, and once booked, you will receive an email with instructions, your order number and another email with your prepaid label to get this to us.
Package your MacBook up in a cardboard box, with bubblewrap, make a note of your order number inside the packaging and stick our label on the box. Drop this off at any UK Post Office and we will receive it a few days later.
If you need a price for a more specific issue (keyboard, battery, speaker replacement, etc), simply select your issue after clicking 'Book Your MacBook Repair' at the top of our website. Fill in the contact form with your model, year (or serial number found on the bottom of the MacBook) and your issue, and we'll get a price for you.
