Pick this service if you want to retrieve the data from your iPhone/iPad and are unable to, due to it not turning on or having another issue.
Please note, this service will not necessarily result in your device being returned in a usable/fixed state and it is not guaranteed we can recover your data! This service is primarily to retrieve your data from your device, and not to repair it.
If the data can be recovered, we will charge between £200-£300 including VAT and P&P, depending on complexity, time spent on the device and test parts we may have had to specifically order for your device.
This service can take up to 6 weeks, and in some cases longer. Our priority is to explore every avenue in trying to retrieve your data; we do not rush this service and do not want to be rushed.
Once booked, we will send an email with our address to send your device to and your order number to include when you package it up. It is your responsibility to get the device to us. We require a standard hard drive/SSD/USB stick to be sent with the device (with adequate capacity) in order to transfer the data to if retrievable.
If the data can be recovered we will transfer it to the storage device you have sent across with your device, then send this back with the device. If you have not sent one with your device, we can provide one at a cost.
If the data cannot be recovered from the device, we will return this to you at a £10 postage cost (Royal Mail Special Delivery). We can alternatively offer a small amount to purchase the device as scrap.
Repair Service Warranty
For any parts we have fitted for this service, we will give you peace of mind and provide a 6 month warranty.
Please note, this warranty is valid on successful completion of a repair, and does not cover physical or liquid damage which has occurred after the initial repair. We can only warranty any work we carry out, we cannot warranty the whole device.
Mac Purchase Warranty
For every working Mac we sell we provide a 6 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) from the date of dispatch from us. This covers the whole device for any failure, as long as it isn’t user induced.
As with our repair warranty, we cannot cover physical or liquid damage which has occurred after the initial repair.
