We love fixing MacBooks, but like everyone, we also enjoy some well deserved time-off; we're only human!

We have listed below the dates we are closed over the Christmas period, along with the last day we are sending labels in 2023.

'Last Label' Date: 4:30pm 1st December 2023. This is the final day in 2023 where we will send out labels to receive MacBooks for repair before we close!

Christmas Closed Dates: 16th December 2023-2nd January 2024

We will be working up until the 15th December to fix and ship your MacBook out, but we are not sending any new labels after the 1st December to give ourselves time to receive and fix any MacBooks sent in before our closing dates, and to ensure MacBooks aren't shipped to us when we are closed. Telephone, live chat and email support will be available up until the 15th December. We will be back to work as normal on the 3rd January 2024.

Why do we do this? After Black Friday, couriers and the postal service are normally backlogged, which impacts when we receive MacBooks, the amount of time it takes for us to receive parts ordered in and also means possible delays with customers receiving repaired MacBooks back. Combined with leading up to Christmas, where there is an increased volume of parcels for couriers, this means delays can occur, and pressure from customers to get MacBooks back in time before we close is high!

If you need a repair, please get it booked in before 4:30pm 1st December at the latest (otherwise you will have to wait until next year, if you want us to fix it).
